It is something which resonates with me so much so, that I wanted to share my thoughts with you. I too, am having a hard time forgiving some people in my life. Since I've started going to church, I have hoped for an answer as to what to do and cannot seem to find one. It seems the more time goes by - the deeper the anger gets and the harder it becomes for me to take that first step towards reconciliation. When I was reading thru our Saturday morning bible study book today, the author writes about following the commandments and to ask ourselves every day if we are obeying them. I guess I never realized that I wasn't - just by holding on to this life-long grudge? It looks like we're both faced with the same dilemma...maybe we can lean on each other for support.
